Tasty and Healthy!

Growing up in a family of cooks Sandrine showed, from a young age, a keen interest in cooking which developed into a genuine passion over time. At the age of 8, she earned her first pocket money by making custard tarts and selling them to her neighbors for 2 francs a piece. She felt very proud when she could buy her own stickers to put in her favorite album for the first time! Her mother, a cook trained at a culinary school, passed down her know-how to her by offering sound advice and by sharing with her the coursework and exams from her classes which she had lovingly preserved.


Sandrine’s next steps were somewhat atypical for an aspiring chef - choosing to follow a more “classic” scholarly path she completed a literary baccalaureate followed by two years of psychology studies at university. During this time, she started gaining experience working in the fields of catering, restaurants and bars. Then, returning to her first love - cooking, she decided to start her own business, working as an in-house private chef. And so, in 2009, "Les Saveurs de Sandrine" was born! Sandrine then spent several months in Italy, perfecting her knowledge of the local cuisine typical of each region and reconnecting with her Italian roots. She continued to expand her culinary experience and knowledge, working in several establishments of various types including traditional, Lebanese and Italian cuisine, restaurants in renowned hotels and gourmet and Michelin-starred restaurants.


Sandrine’s speciality is French and Italian cuisine, which she executes with refinement and originality. She also has a mastery of other world cuisine such as Lebanese, Asian and Japanese fusion and can take you on a culinary voyage of the world in one evening! She can create custom menus according to your tastes as well as themed menus, all with a wide variety of dishes that evolve throughout the seasons and can be adapted to all occasions.


Passionate about good natural cuisine, all of Sandrine’s food is cooked before your eyes in real time, using fresh, high-quality produce which she buys herself every day. Her suppliers are carefully selected, favoring regional producers, organic products and sustainable agriculture.


As a self-taught chef, Sandrine is always looking to further hone her skills by regularly participating in training at renowned culinary schools such as the Ferrandi School in Paris, and undertaking internships with high-caliber chefs.


Sandrine’s desire to continuously evolve to ensure your satisfaction, combined with her ideas which are getting bigger every day and her passion to produce healthy, modern cuisine, has led to her decision to transform “Les Saveurs de Sandrine” and start a whole new adventure:

For over 10 years now, Sandrine offers you private chef services at home for your punctual dinners, your  holidays in your villa on French Riviera during the summer season, but also throughout France on request and even at abroad (Switzerland, Italy, New York USA ..).

She also travels to your chalet during the winter season, particularly in the French Alps (Courchevel, Val d'Isère, Megève ...).

She also teaches cooking, children nutrition and food hygiene rules for private schools preparing to CAP Petit Enfance (youth training).

She provides cooking classes in French, English or Italian and very soon will offer its workshops in a shop located in Nice!

She is used to customers of all nationalities, adapts very easily to everyone's tastes and desires and knows the culinary preferences of each region of the world.



Sandrine often works alone but also has a very competent team for table service, when the number of guests and the type of service requires it.

Sandrine is also part of a team of chefs following all the same principles, having the same passion and the same intention of providing quality service and tasty and healthy dishes. We are at your disposal for all your private or professional events, whatever their size.

We also work with qualified professionals, musicians, photographers, decorators, videographers, ... to provide you with a complete and all inclusive service.
